OFFFICE ADMINISTRATOR – WESTGATE
** 6 month contract period with potential to become permanent thereafter **
We require an experienced office administrator to join our team in our Plumbing Maintenance division. A background in the plumbing industry would be preferred.
Hours are 7.30 to 4.30 Mon-Fri. Start at three days a week to learn the role and grow to 5 days a week.
As this is an extremely busy role, our ideal candidate will come with strong and varied administrative skills, an eye for detail, excellent communication skills, be accurate and extremely well organised.
-Answering and directing phone calls
-Taking job bookings and customer queries and inputting into Simpro
-Looking after each job from the first booking through to job completion
-You will be reporting to the Director and the Roofing Administrator
-Following up on job status by liaising with our team and customers as needed
-Liaising with suppliers as required
-Ensure plumbers have all the relevant information loaded onto their job schedule in Simpro
-Preparation and processing of customer invoices
-Inputting daily supplier invoices into Simpro and Xero
-Assist with various other admin tasks as required
-Assist Roofing Administrator with monthly accounts payable when required
-Proficient in Xero
-Knowledge of Simpro a bonus
-Highly organised and the ability to multitask
-Knowledge of general plumbing lingo, and a background in the plumbing industry preferred
-Good and direct communication with customers to confirm details and dates of jobs
-High standard of written and verbal communication skills
-A team player and reliable
-A cheerful approachable attitude and a great sense of humour is a must!
