Osborne Plumbing & Gas Limited T/A Laser Plumbing Grey Lynn is an established, successful company and has been operating since 1919 providing maintenance plumbing services throughout Central Auckland.

We currently require an Office Administrator to join our busy support office team based in Eden Terrace.

We are a down-to-earth plumbing business that values practical, positive, can do attitudes as we pride ourselves on providing great customer service. We have a great company culture, with regular social activities, BBQ’s and recognition for hard work.

Duties will include

  • Answering phone calls and liaising with clients
  • Taking job details and bookings
  • Liaising with our maintenance plumbing team
  • Loading jobs into our electronic scheduling system
  • Updating jobs notes in scheduling system
  • Loading work orders
  • Processing payments and receipts
  • Invoicing support

To be successful in this role you will have the following skills and attributes:

  • SimPro experience would be an advantage
  • Xero experience would be an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Able to comprehend issues and work to resolve them effectively
  • Be organised and able to multitask - good time management
  • Computer literate as our booking system is electronic
  • Have previous experience in a similar role
