Job Scheduler & Office Administrator - Grey Lynn

Laser Plumbing Grey Lynn operates out of office in Eden Terrace, Auckland. You will be part of a team of seven within our support office, where we make sure everything is set up to be able to support our plumbing team, sub-contractors and customers.

This is a Full-time position, but we would also consider candidates wanting part-time.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Liaising with customers to book in their plumbing jobs via phone and email
• Supporting our plumbers by managing their daily work schedules
• Working with our plumbers to ensure job details and parts on jobs are accurate
• Ensuring our job management system Simpro is accurately updated and managed
• Working with our invoicing team and quoting team to ensure jobs are managed in a timely fashion
• Supporting with a variety of tasks within the support office which help our function run smoothly

Required skillset:

• You will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and be capable of juggling a few different tasks at once
• Detailed in your approach
• Customer orientated - everything we do is to provide the best experience to our customers
• IT savvy - we run everything through our job management platform Simpro
• Team player - we work closely as a team to ensure we can provide top service to both our customers and plumbing team
• Ability to follow systems and processes
• Communication is key in everything we do, so you need to be a confident communicator on the phone and by email

We have a long serving team who are supportive and will help with training, upskilling and understanding of our systems and processes. We operate a job management platform called SimPro so experience using this would be advantageous.
