This is not an entry level position, you must be a certified drainlayer.
Experience in running a team is preferred, but not essential as training can be given.
We are a family orientated business, with a great team and are locally owned and operated. No early morning starts or late nights working, giving you a great work/life balance in the beautiful Bay of Islands.
- 40 hours per week

This position is part of our management team, where you will be involved in business discussions and development, as well as quoting and scheduling drainage work. You will also be on the tools, working alongside the team where required, and will be a good at training and passing on your knowledge to the team.
Our business is part of the Nationwide Laser Group, offering leadership programmes and ongoing training. We are a busy business, with no signs of slowing down. We do repairs and maintenance as well as new builds, renovations and commercial projects.
Our team is a great one, and we have a big focus on developing them to achieve their personal goals.
You must have a New Zealand driving license and the required visas ready to work.
